Statement Of Faith
The Scott Eadie Evangelistic Association believes that the scriptures of both the Old and New Testament are verbally inspired of God, and that they are the supreme and final authority for faith and practice. We believe in the triune God; God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Ghost. We believe in the Deity of Christ, His virgin birth, and His bodily resurrection. We believe in Salvation by "Grace" plus nothing and minus nothing. The conditions to salvation are repentance and faith. We believe that men are justified by faith alone and are accounted righteous before God only through the merit of the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in the personal, pre-millennial return of Jesus Christ. We believe in the everlasting conscious blessedness of the saved and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost. We believe all believers are called into a life of separation from all worldly and sinful places and alliances and unto a life of dedication to Jesus Christ. We are Baptist in our doctrine, but we do not hold to the Hyper Calvinistic views of the Scripture, neither do we hold the Armenian view of Biblical Interpretation.
